Casa Carpaccio is launching the carpaccio concept in Kaatsheuvel and surrounding areas in cooperation with hotel 't Peperhuys.

Kaatsheuvel, April 21, 2023 - With a Dutch nod to the authentic recipe, Casa Carpaccio has been providing filled lunch and dinner tables since 2021. The carpaccio concept is available from various catering outlets and with Hotel 't Peperhuys as a new outlet, a unique path is being taken.

Entrepreneurs Thomas and Angelo are the driving force behind the hotel on the Peperstraat and they are no strangers to the area. With about seven beautiful rooms, Hotel 't Peperhuys receives both Dutch and foreign tourists and they expect another busy and pleasant high season. With the introduction of Casa Carpaccio they expand their services to delivery and take-away and reach not only the residents of Kaatsheuvel, but also the surrounding vacation parks: Landal Kaatsheuvel, EuroParcs Kaatsheuvel, Belvilla Vakantiewoningen and Camping Het Genieten - Marvilla Parks.

Among others, the Perky Pesto, Funky Full Truffle, Oh Honey Mustard and Very Veggie become part of the range, with a choice between the medium and XXL sizes. In addition, Hotel 't Peperhuys also serves the lunch line, delicious side dishes, and desserts such as tiramisu and cannoli.
